About Me
My name is Deanna Bereiter and I am the artist and owner of Having Bereiter Days. I hand-make kitchen towels, toppers, and holders that will bring a piece of nostalgia into the kitchen. Each piece is unique and one of a kind and makes it the perfect addition to accent your kitchen decor.
I started to learn how to crochet when I was pregnant with my oldest daughter from one of my sister-in-laws. She would share many projects that she was working on and taught me how to crochet. Over the duration of my pregnancy, I continued to practice and grow my craft. In 2019 I opened up my very first shop and began selling crocheted afghans, baby blankets, and custom orders. At this time, I now had given birth to our second child and learning to adjust with having two children. Our kitchen was our main family room. Between making meals, grabbing drinks or snacks, from doing school work, to even fun dance parties with the kids. While also working from home, mostly in my kitchen, I would often find myself picking up towels from the floor. It was madness! So I began designing holders for my kitchen towels to help solve this dilemma and still match my decora. Having Bereiter Days has since expanded to offer a variety kitchen towels, rings and holders.
I welcome you to explore my shop and share with you the nostalgia and familiarity many of the pieces bring into your kitchen.
